A few weeks ago, I heard a man saying to a friend: "the life you have is the life you've chosen". She didn't agree with him, but hinking about it, I do. It happens that we're not satisfied of our lives, it happens that we make the wrong decision that results in a bit of unhappiness. But the good news is that we make decisions every day and life is full of chances to change what we don't like little step by little step.
We don't have to expetct a big change all of a sudden.Sometimes it happens, but not so often. I believe we've got the power to be happy within ourselves.
So, let's make our tiny right decision of the day and smile.

agree with s.o.= essere d'accordo con qualcuno
I do = l'ausiliare do in questo caso sostituisce il verbo agree, permettendo di essere sintetici
make a decision = prendere una decisione
result in = avere come conseguenza
step by step = un passo per volta, gradualmente
all of a sudden = tutto d'un tratto, all'improvviso
let's = ausiliare per l'imperativo di prima persona plurale (es: andiamo = let's go)

Qualche settimana fa, ho sentito un tizio dire a un'amica: "la vita che hai è la vita che hai scelto". Lei non era d'accordo, ma pensandoci io sì. succede che non siamo soddisfatti delle nostre vite, succede che prendiamo decisioni che hanno poi come conseguenza un po' di infelicità. Ma la buona notizia è che prendiamo decisioni ogni giorno e la vita è piena di opportunità per cambiare quello che non ci piace, un passo per volta. Non dobbiamo aspettarci che arrivi un grande cambiamento all'improvviso. A volte succede, ma non molto spesso. Credo che abbiamo il potere di essere felici dentro di noi.
Allora, prendiamo la nostra piccola decisione giusta del giorno e sorridiamo.
